Sunderland Probes Trio Over Alleged Sex Session Video

Sunderland is launching an investigation into claims that three members of their first-team squad participated in a filmed sex session.

Reports indicate that goalkeeper Ben Alnwick, midfielder Liam Lawrence, and striker Chris Brown were allegedly featured in a recording with an unidentified woman.

The three players could face disciplinary action from the club if they are found to have violated Sunderland’s rules.

Lesley Callaghan, Sunderland’s marketing and communications director, stated on behalf of the board, “The behaviour of any individual that adversely affects the image or good name of Sunderland football club is obviously disappointing, and we will be handling this matter internally.”

Alnwick is set to transfer to Tottenham in January, Lawrence is currently on loan at Stoke with a potential permanent move, and Brown remains with Sunderland but is not a regular in the first team.

Additionally, former Sunderland player Martin Woods, now with Rotherham, is reportedly said to have been present when the filming occurred at a flat.
